The FoodPack Basic is ILPRA’s introductory traysealer model. It offers a compact design and ease of use, making it accessible for modified atmosphere, vacuum, and simple sealing packaging. It is ideal for small-scale production and packaging food products like pasta, meat, fish, and ready meals in trays. Additionally, the Roto Basic version of the FoodPack Basic includes a rotary table for improved production efficiency, allowing for loading/unloading on one station while sealing/cutting operations occur on the other.

Working parameters can be set through the touch screen control panel, with the added convenience of storing multiple recipes for quick access.

Quick mold change

Quickly and effortlessly change the size without tools by easily removing the mold.

Automatic unwinder and rewinder

The system automatically unwinds and rewinds film for sealing and cutting. It is electronically operated and can be equipped with a “centered print” option for precise image alignment. It supports both printed film and neutral film.

Rotary table

Maximize production yield by performing loading/unloading of packed trays on one station and sealing/cutting operations on the other.
