CPS technology
Continuous tray inflow technology with automated tray separation and sealing mould transportation through electronic interpolation of jaws and conveyor belts.
Constant torque servo drive motors
The unwinding/rewinding system utilizes two brushless motors. One motor unwinds the film based on the set quantity, while the other motor maintains film tension. These features enable precise control of movement parameters and unwinding of both neutral and printed film.
Anti-crush system
The photocell detects misaligned trays, triggering the alarm to halt the sealing process and avoid tray damage.
Easy belt disassembly
Effective sanitization of all machine components at the inlet and outlet in a short time.
