FoodPack Hyper
ILPRA’s Hyper is a fully mechanical tray sealer designed for large-scale production. Available in 1000 and 1250 versions, FoodPack Hyper embodies our ambition for a fast, tireless machine that borders on perpetual motion. It features the Constant Placement System (CPS) technology for continuous tray infeed, increasing speed. Hyper seamlessly integrates into any production line and includes the Anti-crush System, ID Control System, and Predictive maintenance system for planned overhaul and component replacement.

CPS technology
Continuous tray inflow technology. Conveyor belt automatically separates and transports trays without stopping, using electronically interpolated jaws and belts.
Anti-crush system
The photocell detects tray misplacement, triggering an alarm to halt the sealing process and avoid crushing the tray.
Mould Recognition
The FP Hyper software automatically detects the mold and sets the indicated recipe automatically.
Predictive
The FP Hyper’s PLC meticulously monitors and accurately predicts the maintenance or replacement needs of each machine component.
