FoodPack FastBoard
The FoodPack FastBoard is a revolutionary model by ILPRA. It doesn’t require jaws and has an innovative sealing mold that improves speed and efficiency. With adjustable starting height, it optimizes the closing phase for high productivity. Sealing on the belt
Unlike other traysealers, the flat bases are sealed directly on the belt, revolutionizing skin packaging.
Adjustable mould height
The FastBoard’s mould can be easily PLC-adjusted, minimizing movement on the belt and optimizing the process for increased production speed.
Large sealing area
The FastBoard has a large sealing area, enabling simultaneous sealing of eight 180 x 250 mm flat boards. More boards can be sealed for smaller formats.
Maximum speed
The large sealing area, adjustable mould height, and direct belt sealing enable a 50 pcs/min output in skin packaging, equivalent to a cycle rate of approximately 6.5 cycles/min.
