Packaging Film

Barrier packaging is used for perishable food products or those with a long shelf life. Film with a barrier layer is appropriate to use for products that are packed in a modified atmosphere or vacuum.

Non-barrier packaging is used for products for which environmental impact is particularly important, or they are deep frozen and therefore barrier properties are not required.




Tray Sealers Films are selected according to individual customer needs: polyethylene, polypropylene, APET / CPET or a combination of different materials, provide different results in terms of products’ shelf life and packaging styles.

Films of different thicknesses, widths and compositions are developed for packaging of various products and produced with modern equipment.

PET MONO-Material Packaging Films

PET mono film is a film made from polyethylene terephthalate. Due to its excelled physical and mechanical properties it meets the hygiene requirement for food packaging use. Its great strength and low weight, makes it shred resistant at only 20 microns thickness.

Our laminated PET film is a co-extruded polyester film with a layer of amorphous heat-sealable polyester film on one surface and plain polyester on the other – ideal for chilled applications where strong, permanent seals with good ‘seal through contamination’ properties are required. It can be heat-sealed to itself or to RPET/APET & CPET trays.

Printed Top Films

The group is highly focused on technological innovation. Its personnel are constantly updated and trained in the latest developments in packaging, and has access to state-of-the-art machinery, able to compete at the top level in the third millennium market.

Key features:

  • Rotogravure presses up to 11 colours and flexographic presses allow for high quality, speed and flexibility in the service of our customers.
  • Solvent and solvent less lamination, the in-line execution of several converting processes.
  • In-line inkjet printers allow printing variable data at very high speed, including unique codes on the back side of the laminate, with ink suitable for food contact.

Metallised Aluminium Films

Metallised films (or metalized films) are polymer films coated with a thin layer of metal, usually aluminium. They offer the glossy metallic appearance of an aluminium foil at a reduced weight and cost.

Our focus on our customers’ needs led to the development of our range of barrier films. These Barrier films provide solutions for two of the biggest challenges the packaging film industry is facing:

  1. reducing food wastage through enhanced shelf life of food products;
  2. reducing packaging material consumption through laminate rationalization.
    Our range of moisture, oxygen and aroma barrier films are solvent-free coated films, which are generally used in duplex/triplex laminate structures, and offer very good machinability.

SKIN Film is an advanced second skin packaging offering unrivalled product presentation, increased shelf-life and flavour enhancement (fresh meat), while its lightweight structure makes it the environmentally responsible choice.

Skin packagings increase shelf-life compared to MAP packs; it ensures a hermetically sealed pack even when sealing through areas of contamination from sauces or oils.
It provides unrivalled seal integrity which in turn minimizes, on-line, transport, and in-store leakers which in turn reduces waste and cost.

Skin is a dynamic packaging solution which attracts attention and offers differentiation. Its second skin effect allows drip eliminations and vertical presentation on the retails shelves. Its unique format allows round or irregular shaped products to be packed.

Rigid And Flexible Thermoforming Films (Top & Bottom)

Thermoforming or vacuum forming are general terms used to define the manufacturing process in which a plastic sheet is heated to a defined temperature and moulded to a 3 dimensional shape using vacuum and compressed air. We are able to supply the packaging film that fits your needs, from thermoforming film (flexible or rigid) film for heat sealing, blister packaging, plastic boxes and much more. We are constantly researching new and innovative materials that allow our machine to perform at a high standard, while respecting the environment.

Medical Film - TYVEK

Tyvek® is vastly used for medical and pharmaceutical packaging. It provides the tear resistance, stability, breathability and superior microbial barrier to keep medical equipment and pharmaceuticals sterile throughout their lifecycle—protecting the health and well-being of millions.

Unlike medical-grade papers and films, Tyvek® is compatible with all of the most commonly used sterilization methods, including: ethylene oxide (EO), gamma ray, electron beam, steam under controlled conditions and low-temperature oxidative sterilization. The material science of Tyvek® enables sterilant gases and steam to penetrate and escape rapidly.

Tyvek® has been a trusted choice for medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers and specialized sterile packaging suppliers worldwide for decades. Because Tyvek® is produced according to ISO 14001, it can also be recycled, according to local regulations.

Flow Wrap Film

A very high-heat resistance film allows for increases in seal temperatures without the film burning. Strong structure with an excellent resistance to punctures and tears. Superior clarity allowing for easy product identification and scanning through the overwrap.

“Higher Heat-Sealing Temperatures” means significantly shorter heat dwell times on the flow rapper and noticeably faster machine line speeds which in turn give you a higher and more efficient rate of production.

We are able to offer mono material Flow Wrapping films such as PE, PET or APET, which are 100% recyclable.

Thanks to the development of cutting edge technologies we can offer printed films or films with EVOH barrier which are still fully recyclable.
